Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Soliant has partnered with a school district in the Turner, OR area to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 School Year. Work with diverse learners in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment, utilizing your expertise in school-based settings.
Qualifications & Preferred Background:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLP-CFY Experience or training in school-based settings is strongly valued Passion for serving children and adolescents in an educational context Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to individual student needs and demonstrate creative problem-solving
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-12 students, both individually and in small groups Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student learning and inclusion Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with school and legal standards Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school's multidisciplinary team
