Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist to an impactful, family-centered setting serving Salem and South Marion County's youngest children. As part of this full-year contract (July 6, 2026 - June 11, 2027), you'll play a pivotal role supporting infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) through high-quality early intervention and preschool speech-language services. Multiple full-time openings allow you to join a dedicated team focused on helping children and families thrive.
Desired Qualifications:
Current Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply Background in school, healthcare, or pediatric SLP settings highly valued Experience with early intervention (birth-to-3) populations preferred Strong commitment to supporting families and collaborating with IFSP teams Knowledge of SLPA practice in healthcare and school environments a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKey Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct speech-language therapy for children birth to 3 Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized service plans Support developmental needs by crafting family-centered goals and strategies Deliver therapy in-person and/or via teletherapy, tailoring approaches for optimal outcomes Contribute documentation and participate in team meetings to support holistic careWhat Makes This Role Unique:
