Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic and impactful Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity serving students in the Greater Harrisburg, Enola, and Camp Hill, PA areas. This full-time contract position encompasses both an Extended School Year (ESY) summer program and an engaging school-year assignment. If you are passionate about helping students communicate and thrive, this could be the perfect fit.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is advantageous Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities/Duties:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across multiple buildings for both the ESY summer session (4 full days per week) and during the regular school year (5 full days per week) Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs and IEP goals Provide direct and consultative services tailored to each student's unique abilities Maintain clear and timely records consistent with school and professional standards Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive student support This role offers the flexibility to make a wide-reaching positive impact, all within a supportive school environment.
