Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time contract position is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Greencastle, PA. This opportunity offers dedicated professionals the chance to support students across a range of grade levels in a collaborative school environment.
Key Details:
Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week Position 1: Services provided at two elementary schools Position 2: K-12 caseload with a focus on elementary students Open to Certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) including Clinical Fellows (CFs); currently not accepting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) Access to a team of nine experienced SLP colleagues for support and collaboration Supervision and guidance from an SLP director
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student progress Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP certification (CCC-SLP preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to student-centered therapy and ongoing professional growth This position offers a supportive and professional environment with opportunities to engage with a skilled team of speech-language specialists.
