Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding school-based role for the 2026-2027 academic year supporting both elementary and secondary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This is a full-time contract opportunity working with a diverse caseload, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative educational environment.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license Pennsylvania Educator Certification required Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs Previous experience with pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare environments strongly preferred Familiarity with diverse student populations and varied communication needs Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to students across elementary and secondary grades Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student communication success Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports according to district and state requirements Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development Support a positive and inclusive educational environment for all learners
