Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Lock Haven, PA. This contract role is onsite, offering 35 hours per week, and focuses on providing speech and language therapy services to preschool and early intervention students. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through the End of School Year (EOSY).
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification and licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience working in school settings, particularly with preschool and early intervention populations Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders in young children Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Lock Haven, Pennsylvania Onsite, serving a school environment
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool and early intervention students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals Participate in team meetings and contribute to student education planning
