Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid SLP-CCC credential Eligible for Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Prior experience in a school-based setting, including work with secondary and/or upper elementary students, preferred Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders Manage a secondary caseload with possible inclusion of older elementary students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Collaborate with school teams to support student learning and participation
