8:10 AM - 3:40 PM Contract duration: ASAP start through June 4, 2026

Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 34 elementary-aged students on the autism spectrum Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' communication needs Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student goals and promote inclusive learning environments Manage documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines Facilitate social communication skills to help students thrive academically and socially

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with students on the autism spectrum in a school setting preferred Strong knowledge of speech and language development, therapy techniques, and educational support strategies Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality services This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP to contribute to a supportive educational environment while advancing professional skills.
