Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in Middletown, PA. This full-time contract role focuses on providing essential communication support services to elementary students in a structured educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group speech therapy for a caseload of 34 elementary students, all diagnosed with autism. Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to support academic and social success. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes. Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations related to speech-language services.
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or certification for school settings. Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within elementary schools. Skilled in supporting students with autism and other communication disorders. Ability to perform assessments and deliver targeted therapy interventions. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Schedule and Location:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Working hours:
8:10 AM - 3:40 PM.
