Speech Therapist Opportunity! PRN Position Family Home Health is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) for East Brady, Rimersburg, New Bethlehem, and surrounding areas who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As a Speech Therapist, you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded.

Requirements:

Speech-language pathologist license, in good standing with the state 1 year clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology Current CPR Certification Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Identify functional speech defects and establish a plan of care to improve patient's function Travel to patient's homes to asses their speech needs and complete therapy treatments Administer speech therapy program utilization specialized therapeutic technique and / or equipment Recommend communication devices / aids as indicated Confer with referring physician and other organizational personnel to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care Prepare and submit notes per organization policy Maintain clinical competency in speech-language pathology practice and theory
