Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Discover the rewarding opportunity to support K-8th grade students and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey. In this full-time contract role, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language services. With a caseload of approximately 35-40 engaging students at a single site, you'll collaborate with educators and caregivers to help students thrive. This position is ideal for both experienced and early-career
Speech-Language Pathologists:
supervision and growth opportunities are built in. New grad SLP-CFs are welcome—pairing with a seasoned SLP-CCC ensures support as you build your expertise. Bring your energy and AAC knowledge to a setting where your skills make a real difference each day.Qualifications & Skills:
Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY under supervision Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations Strong background or training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) Commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention Great communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student learnersResponsibilities:
Manage and deliver speech-language therapy services to K-8 students Assess, plan, and implement IEP goals using individualized therapy methods Share expertise with classroom staff and families, supporting carryover and inclusion Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring Serve as an active participant in IEP meetings and team discussionsPerks:
