Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and secondary students in the Reading, PA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position is ideal for compassionate speech-language pathologists dedicated to making a positive difference in young learners' lives. Whether you have your CCC or are completing your CFY, you'll find a collaborative environment that values expertise and growth.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license Current Pennsylvania Educator Certification Comfortable working with pediatric and school-aged populations Experience within school-based or healthcare SLP settings a plus Open to both Clinical Fellows (CF) and experienced
SLPs Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language assessments and direct therapy for elementary and secondary students Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Develop and implement IEPs and maintain accurate documentation Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development as required Manage a full caseload while providing services in compliance with district and state guidelines
