At Clear Path Pediatric Therapy, our mission is to support children, families, and communities by providing exceptional therapy services through compassionate care, clinical excellence, and strong advocacy. We believe that when therapists feel supported, valued, and empowered, they can provide the highest quality services to the children and families they serve. Clear Path Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned and therapist-led pediatric practice headquartered in Mechanicsburg, PA, with services currently provided throughout Central Pennsylvania and continued growth into additional communities. We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team serving preschool-aged children in preschool, daycare, home, community, and outpatient settings throughout Berks County. Unlike many therapy companies, we have built our organization around supporting our clinicians. Every therapist is paired with a dedicated supervisor as part of our leadership team. Our supervisors intentionally maintain reduced caseloads (approximately 60% productivity) and oversee small teams of only 8 to 10 therapists and support personnel, allowing for meaningful mentorship, clinical consultation, problem-solving support, and professional growth opportunities. Whether you are an experienced clinician or Clinical Fellow, you will be joining a collaborative team that prioritizes mentorship, work-life balance, professional development, and quality patient care. What Makes Clear Path Different? Therapist-owned and therapist-led organization Dedicated supervision and mentorship from experienced clinical leaders Small supervision groups (typically 8 to 10 team members per supervisor) Reduced supervisor caseloads to ensure accessibility and support Manageable caseloads and excellent direct/indirect service ratios Flexible scheduling and autonomy Strong team culture focused on support, collaboration, and growth Opportunities for leadership and advancement as our organization continues to expand A commitment to supporting children, families, schools, and communities throughout Central Pennsylvania At Clear Path, we celebrate our team members not only as professionals, but as people. We believe in recognizing life's important moments and showing appreciation throughout the year through team gatherings, employee recognition initiatives, birthday celebrations, employment anniversary gifts, wedding gifts, baby gifts, and other acts of appreciation that reflect the value we place on our team.
