Job Description

Cross Country Education is seeking two compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support an Early Intervention program in the Reading, PA area for the 2026-2027 school year and grow with a team that values your expertise and the children we serve.
Position Overview:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children in community settings like daycares and preschools. Work between designated sites to ensure consistent service delivery and partnership with daycare staff and families. Maintain detailed documentation and monitor student milestones to ensure compliance with specialized education plans and IEP goals.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Pennsylvania License in Speech-Language Pathology and a Department of Education (DOE) Certification Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) (Preferred) Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply! Top Compensation:
Earn $54.70 - $61.90 Per Hour , based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
