Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract A school district in Reading, PA is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for the upcoming school year. This is a strong opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship in a supportive K-12 setting with structured mentorship. Position Overview Full-time, Monday-Friday (35-40 hours/week) Onsite role serving K-12 students (placement based on district need) Supervision provided by a licensed SLP for CF completion Full school year contract with potential for renewal Caseload Details Average caseload: 40-60 students (varies by building) Mild to moderate needs across general and special education Areas of service include: Articulation & phonological disorders Receptive/expressive language delays Social/pragmatic communication Fluency and voice disorders Possible exposure to AAC, autism, and early intervention populations
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals Provide direct therapy (individual & small groups) Collaborate with staff and families Maintain compliant documentation Pennsylvania State Requirements (SLP-CF) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligibility for Educational Specialist Certificate (Instructional I) through the Pennsylvania Department of Education Temporary/CF licensure through the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Completion of supervised Clinical Fellowship Required clearances: FBI Fingerprinting PA Child Abuse Clearance PA Criminal Background Check Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
