Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Red Lion, PA, approximately 40 minutes from York and near the Maryland border. This on-site role provides an opportunity to work directly with students, without the support of assistants, allowing for hands-on therapeutic engagement and professional growth.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLP certification applicable to school settings Experience in pediatric speech therapy, including healthcare and school environments Familiarity with teletherapy practices and the Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload independently Ability to work full-time on-site with a commitment to student progress and collaboration with educational staff
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech therapy services to students within the school setting Develop and implement treatment plans based on thorough assessments and student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student communication development Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required
