Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist - Preschool Early Intervention (2 Openings) Schnecksville, Pennsylvania (Carbon & Lehigh Counties) Onsite | Contract Soliant is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists for preschool early intervention itinerant services in the Carbon and Lehigh County areas. These positions are flexible, year-round EI assignments with potential school-age caseload transitions.
Position Overview:
Start:
ASAP Assignment:
2026-2027 school year (Early Intervention calendar - year-round services) 2 openings available
Schedule:
35 hours per week Service model: Itinerant preschool early intervention (may transition to school-age K-12 depending on assignment)
Locations:
Carbon County or Lehigh County Onsite only School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschool EI students Travel between assigned itinerant service locations as needed Support IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility meetings Collaborate with families, teachers, and EI teams Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Pennsylvania EI guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license Pennsylvania Instructional I or II educator certification required Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to work across preschool and school-age populations (PreK-12) School-based or early intervention experience preferred
Experience & Education:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Prior EI or school-based experience preferred
Work Hours:
35 hours per week Year-round Early Intervention schedule
Employment Type:
Contract - W2
Compensation:
$50+/hour starting (average ~$53/hour DOE, depending on years of experience)
