Key Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Current and valid SLP-CCC certification Possession of active Educator Certificate Demonstrated experience with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, particularly those who are non-verbal Familiarity with school-based services and best practices for individuals with complex needs Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skillsCore Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services for a caseload of 30-35 students within a single school setting Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with teachers, behavioral staff, and families to foster student progress Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting strategies based on ongoing analysis Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and interdisciplinary team discussions Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards Onboard with a blend of three days onsite and two days virtual orientationPerks & Benefits:
