Through End of School Year (EOSY) + ESY (July 6th-August 21st) + New School Year (NSY)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support a specialized student population in a single school setting. This full-time position begins ASAP and continues through the current school year, with Extended School Year (ESY) services and continuation into the new school year.
Caseload & Student Population:
Approximately 30-35 students Ages 7-21 High-level autism population, including many non-verbal students
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services tailored to students with complex communication needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain compliant documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required Educator/teaching certificate required Experience working with students with autism and non-verbal communication needs preferred
Schedule:
35 hours per week Assigned to 1 school location
