Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a speech-language pathologist. This role is conveniently located near West Chester, PA, and provides a chance to work with a varied pediatric population in a school-based setting. Qualifications and Experience:
Actively licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) credentials CCC-SLP certification or candidate for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in an educational or healthcare environment Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy and in-person as needed Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Effective communicator, skilled at working with children, caregivers, and staff Familiar with assessments, documentation, and progress reporting
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate students requiring speech and language services Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual student needs Deliver evidence-based therapy across a variety of settings: one-on-one, small groups, and virtual platforms Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure cohesive support Maintain accurate documentation and update progress reports regularly Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights for student planning Stay current with best practices and comply with all state and federal regulations Experience a contract position where your clinical skills truly make an impact, and every day brings new opportunities to help students find their voices.
