Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding summer opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with a welcoming student population in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for professionals seeking a flexible, part-time contract position with a manageable caseload, making it easier to focus on impactful interventions and individualized student success. The program runs from June 29th through July 30th, providing a unique chance to make a difference over the summer while enjoying a competitive pay structure.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required) Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting Background in school-based SLP services and familiarity with IEP processes Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and educational staff Experience providing therapy to diverse student populations in group and one-on-one settings
What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality speech/language therapy services to a small caseload of students Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs Complete required documentation, progress notes, and necessary reports on timelines Engage in effective communication with families and school personnel regarding student progress Participate in team meetings as needed to support each student's educational and developmental goals In this contract position, you'll enjoy a supportive atmosphere within a highly regarded district and benefit from a convenient, part-time summer schedule.
