Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing high-quality speech and language services. This contract opportunity, located near York, PA, is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about pediatric care and school-based interventions. Multiple positions are available, with flexible caseload options tailored to your experience and interests. As part of this role, you'll enjoy a balanced schedule with 35 hours per week, including one remote day each week. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed academically and socially.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP-CCC credential or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) eligibility State licensure (or ability to obtain) for Pennsylvania Experience with school-based or pediatric populations preferred Familiarity with teletherapy practices Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders Manage multiple caseloads based on skill set and preference Complete required documentation, progress notes, and reports in a timely manner Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop IEP goals and support student growth Attend team meetings (in-person and remote as needed) and contribute to student care plans Embrace a role that supports your professional growth while making a difference in students' educational journeys.
