Are you a passionate Monolingual or Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) ready to help students find their voice and thrive? Supplemental Health Carre is partnering with a supportive, collaborative school team in Bastrop, TX hiring for SLP-CCCs . At Supplemental Health Care (SHC) , we believe SLPs are more than clinicians, they're game-changers for student success . Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess students with speech-language needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Provide engaging therapy in a supportive school environment Contribute to RTI (Response to Intervention) initiatives Supervise SLPAs as needed This is a hybrid role with limited remote flexibility : Primarily onsite | Remote work limited to 2 days per month only Caseloads vary depending on location within the district from 20-40 students Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Texas SLP license (or in process) SLP-CCC certification required Bilingual required School-based experience preferred but not required You support students.
