About us Chatter Abounds is an elite speech therapy provider for school districts and individuals. Our team delivers engaging, interactive therapy sessions to children throughout the nation.

//www.chatterabound.com We are currently looking for a virtual and on-site Speech Language Pathologist to work with preschool children in a school setting in Mississippi. The right candidate will have experience working in the education sector. Candidate must have a master's degree in speech-language pathology and a certificate of clinical competence from ASHA. Must be eligible for 215 endorsement from Mississippi Department of Education as a Speech Language Clinician. Direct and Indirect Hours compensated at the same rate Guaranteed hours/paid cancellations 1099
Contract Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individual Education Programs for students who qualify for speech and/or language services,which may include direct individual or group therapy, consulting, and/or monitoring ofprogress Perform speech and language evaluations to include observations if necessary. Confer with appropriate personnel about student services/needs. Make recommendations regarding service delivery and the student's needs to the IEP team forteam consensus. Attend meetings, such as IEP meetings and conferencesf. Prepare and maintain appropriate professional records and reports Provide consultation/training to classroom staff regarding speech and language needs and programs of the students.
