Job Description
Join our team as a Hybrid Speech Language Pathologist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional speech therapy services to pediatric patients in both school and clinical settings. This exciting position combines in-person patient care with teletherapy, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's communication development. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and related disorders, ensuring each child receives personalized support to reach their full potential. Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients across diverse settings Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address individual communication needs Provide engaging speech therapy sessions via telehealth platforms and in-person at school sites or clinics Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and monitor progress Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards Educate families on strategies to support communication development at home and in daily routines Experience Prior experience working with children in school environments or early intervention programs is highly preferred Strong background in pediatrics with a focus on speech therapy techniques and patient care Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams Benefits Our full time hybrid position includes 401k matching, insurance benefit, PTO, and CEU credits.
