Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract role serving students at the elementary level in a dynamic school setting near Pasadena, TX. This position centers on providing high-quality speech-language services to a diverse group of approximately 60 students. The caseload includes those in general education, one ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) classroom, one self-contained classroom serving K-4th grade, and a behavioral support program. Please note, not all students in specialized programs require services, and the caseload is subject to some fluctuation at the end of the year.
Key Qualifications:
Must hold SLP-CCC credential and active Texas licensure Minimum of one year of school-based experience is required; prior TX school experience strongly preferred Background in pediatric and healthcare settings with emphasis on elementary-aged children Experience with a variety of communication disorders and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams No Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants will be considered
Position Highlights:
