Job Description
Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract To Hire A dynamic opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide essential speech therapy services in a school setting. This role offers the flexibility to work either in-person or virtually, supporting a diverse student population with reasonable caseloads and dedicated paraprofessional assistance.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Delivering therapy sessions addressing communication disorders through both teletherapy and in-person formats. Collaborating with educators and school staff to support student progress. Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards. Participating in meetings and professional development activities as required.Qualifications and desired experience:
Certification as an SLP with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience in school-based speech-language pathology practice, including teletherapy delivery. Ability to manage reasonable caseloads effectively with paraprofessional support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school personnel. Flexibility to work full-time or part-time schedules.
