An opening opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy within an educational setting is available in Angwin, CA. This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to students through telepractice, supporting their academic and communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments via teletherapy platforms. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Deliver speech and language therapy sessions remotely, ensuring student engagement and progress. Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities. Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational and regulatory standards. Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with authorization for telepractice. Experience delivering speech-language therapy in school settings using teletherapy methods. Strong knowledge of speech and language developmental milestones and disorders. Proficiency with telecommunication technology and software for therapy delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students, families, and educators. Ability to adapt therapy approaches to remote settings and diverse student populations.
