Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a real impact supporting students in the Las Vegas area as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming academic year. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic educational environment, helping children reach their communication goals. The district welcomes passionate SLPs ready to make a difference—assignments and caseloads will vary, providing diverse experiences with different student groups.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (only those who have completed their Masters program will be considered) Active Nevada DOE Teaching Certificate Active Nevada SLP License SLP-Clinical Fellows are considered; however, CCC-SLP is strongly preferred Bilingual skills are a plus
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students in a school setting Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and support teams to maximize student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide essential input for student planning Assignments may span multiple school locations or focus on one, depending on district needs
