Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic hybrid role supporting students with communication challenges in a flexible and collaborative educational setting. This contract, school-based position offers the opportunity to make a real impact over the full academic year, working with a diverse caseload and shaping positive outcomes for learners. Enjoy a balanced schedule with this .75 FTE opportunity, totaling 28 hours per week. The innovative hybrid model allows you to spend one day onsite, directly engaging with students and staff, and three days from home, providing top-tier teletherapy services.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for the state of Washington Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Strong technology skills and comfort with telepractice platforms Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Dedication to fostering student success and inclusivity
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and individualized therapy for students with diverse needs Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with educators, families, and other specialists Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards Provide consultation and resources to staff and caregivers to promote carryover of skills Use digital platforms for teletherapy, maximizing student participation and engagement Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment Embrace work-life balance while expanding your skillset as an SLP in a forward-thinking school community.
