Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a supportive school in South Holland, IL hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, school-based role. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable working in dynamic environments and supporting students with higher behavioral needs.
Position Overview Pay:
$55 to $60 an hour | $3,000 Assignment Bonus•
Setting:
Elementary School (SPED Unit)
Caseload:
Approximately 95 students Role includes supervision of a bilingual SLPA 2 days per week Caseload distribution anticipated at approximately 60%

% SLPA , subject to adjustment based on student needs at the start of the school year
Assignment Dates:
July 27, 2026 to June 3, 2027 (pending) Candidates may be bilingual or monolingual , though experience working with diverse student populations is valued. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Supervise SLPA and support service delivery model Manage a large caseload effectively in a structured school environment Support students with higher behavioral needs Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC certification required Illinois licensure (or in process) Comfortable working with high-behavior student populations School-based experience preferred What we offer: Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance.
