Job Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech and language services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and supports the overall academic success and communication development of students attending Visions in Education. The SLP works collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition, the SLP is responsible for supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring their services align with professional standards and student needs, and providing ongoing mentorship and oversight.Work Environment:
This position is based in a dynamic, student-centered charter school environment. The SLP will work a hybrid schedule of 2 days at our office in Gold River, CA and 3 days from home. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.
