Full-Time Hybrid Springfield, MA 01104, USA Pay or shift range: \$76,523.20 USD to \$81,523.20 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Your expertise will provide essential assessment, treatment planning, and services that support the developmental goals of each child and their family.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), and collaborate with families to achieve their goals Provide play-based, floor-level services in natural environments, such as family homes, playgrounds, and daycare centers Work with the interdisciplinary EI team to conduct comprehensive developmental assessments, including the Battelle Developmental Inventory Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including assessment reports and progress notes Provide discipline-specific assessments and interventions, fostering communication skills and supporting each child\'s development
What You\'ll Need:
Speech and Language Pathologist License (SLP) in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain one) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver\'s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply We Hire for HEART!
