What You'll Do:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to address speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and rehab staff to deliver quality care Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans in accordance with guidelines Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family communication Conduct and coordinate audiometric screenings and make appropriate referrals Help train facility staff and contribute to in-service education efforts Follow all safety and compliance policies with professionalism and compassion
What You'll Need:
M.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology Current NYS license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
