About us The mission of Speech, Accent, and Language Training Institute (SALT), LLC (doing business as Global Speech and Language Therapy , GSALT) is to provide professional, high-quality services, to identify difficulties in communication, and assist our clients in improving their speech and language skills so that they can become effective communicators. Our private practice has been in business since 2005.
Our work environment includes:
Flexible working hours Safe work environment Relaxed atmosphere We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and caring speech-language pathologist to provide high quality evaluation and therapy services to our clients in Princeton, NJ. The applicant must be licensed in the state of New Jersey and be certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. Requirements/Qualifications
  • Must be certified with the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) with a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP)
  • Must have a Speech Language Pathologist license in New Jersey
  • Must have a master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution
  • Must have liability insurance in their name
  • Knowledge and experience in providing assessment, report writing, and treating individuals of different ages with a variety of communication disorders.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
  • Must be able to communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Willingness to go through insurance credentialing Case management skills

  • Capable of using evaluation tools and a variety of treatment approaches
  • Attention to detail Case management skills
  • Dedicated, passionate, patient, and empathetic towards individuals with communication disorders.
Base Salary:
Competitive salary commensurate with years of experience and qualifications. $55-$70 per hour Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment to children and adults with speech and language impairments of all age groups
  • Conduct speech and language screenings
  • Provide consultation to clients
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that match the needs of clients
  • Conduct assessments and generate high quality reports based on formal and informal measures implemented
  • Document progress based on treatment goals
  • Collaborate with other providers, teachers, parents, and other team members
  • Maintain accurate digital and file records of client's assessment, treatment, and progress.
  • Complete treatment notes in a timely manner
  • Provide resources and educate clients and their families about strategies that help develop their skills outside of the therapy sessions
