POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with infants and toddlers, values caregiver coaching, and is looking for a flexible opportunity within a supportive pediatric practice. Services are provided in the child's natural environment, including homes, community settings, daycares, and our upcoming therapy studio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide direct speech-language therapy services Support receptive and expressive language development Facilitate communication, social engagement, and play skills Provide caregiver coaching and education Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Child Development Specialists, physicians, and caregivers Complete evaluations, progress reports, and treatment documentation within required timelines Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California Speech-Language Pathology License (in good standing) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently in home and community settings Preferred Early Intervention experience (0-3 years) Experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities Experience providing caregiver coaching Experience with developmental assessments Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians encouraged to apply
