Job Description
At Columbia River Home Health , people and culture come first. We are growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who values autonomy, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. This role offers flexible scheduling , hybrid work (your home + patient homes), and the ability to shape your caseload. We are primarily hiring for Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) with 10-20 hours/week , but full-time is available for candidates open to also covering Walla Walla . Very flexible and negotiable. Compensation & Flexibility $50

ustomer Second (Employee First) A ccountability P assion for Learning L ove One Another I ntelligent Risk Taking C elebrations O wnership What You'll Do Conduct in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication needs Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families Recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate Participate in case conferences and team meetings Maintain clinical competency and best practices Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current WA SLP license 2 years of clinical experience preferred Current AHA BLS Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)- Home Health Part-Time (10-20 hrs/week)
