This is a 1099 contractor position with no PTO or health benefits

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team! You have the opportunity to schedule your caseload as you see fit, but must be able to dedicate a minimum of 3 days/week to seeing clients through our practice. You will be working with adult/geriatric clients and must have experience working with this population as you will be independent in managing their care. As a part of our team, you get complete autonomy over your treatment planning as well as scheduling your caseload. Clients can be seen in our downtown office, in-home, or virtually. You will build amazing relationships with your clients with emphasis on functional goals and without the stress of productivity standards or discharge requirements!

Duties :

• Conduct assessments and treatment for adult and geriatric population including dysphagia, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, dementia, and voice disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide in-person and virtual therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
• Maintain timely and skilled documentation
• Educate and collaborate with clients, family members/caregivers, and other health professionals as needed

Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience. Clinical Fellows or new graduates will not be considered.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in adult rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
