Our Center for Autism and Developmental Disorders (CADD), launched in 2023, provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. We are now expanding access through telehealth services to better support families.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide telehealth services to pediatric clients with autism and developmental disabilities. This is a fully remote role open to candidates nationwide, with strong preference for candidates who can work Pacific Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments of speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans via telehealth Provide therapy for communication disorders related to autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays Educate and support families in communication strategies and carryover techniques Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain compliance with clinical best practices and documentation standards
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
ASHA CCC-SLP
certification (or eligibility) California SLP licensure is required Experience working with pediatric populations, especially children with autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable providing services via telehealth platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
