Now hiring for summer (June - August) with ongoing opportunities available About Leigh Integrated Wellness Group (LIWG) Leigh Integrated Wellness Group is a mission-driven practice providing integrated, high-quality support for children and adolescents. We partner with schools, families, and community organizations to deliver coordinated services that support communication, learning, and overall student success. We are building a collaborative clinical network where SLPs can do meaningful work across settings while maintaining flexibility and professional autonomy. Flexible scheduling based on your availability Competitive hourly rates with higher pay for evaluations Ability to choose assignments aligned to your strengths Opportunity to grow with a developing, mission-driven practice What You'll Do Conduct speech and language evaluations and write clear, actionable reports Provide direct therapy services aligned to client or student goals Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices Collaborate with families, school teams, and multidisciplinary providers Participate in IEP-related processes as appropriate Maintain timely and compliant documentation Who This Is Ideal For SLPs seeking flexible, part-time contract work Clinicians who enjoy working across multiple settings Professionals interested in both summer and ongoing opportunities SLPs who value autonomy while being part of a collaborative network Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active licensure in Maryland or Washington, DC (or eligibility) CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates considered) Experience with pediatric populations and/or school-based services Strong communication and documentation skills Compensation & Schedule $60-$85 per hour, depending on experience and service type Higher rates available for evaluations and specialized services Flexible, contract-based scheduling Location Primary office: Upper Marlboro, MD Application Question(s): What experience do you have supporting students with articulation disorder and or fluency challenges including stuttering?
