Speech Kids NY is expanding and looking for dedicated providers to join our growing team in Delaware! We are hiring SLPs, Clinical Fellows (CFs), and SLPAs for school-based positions within the Colonial School District for the 2026-2027 school year .

CF Supervision and Mentorship Provided Documentation/Paperwork Time Included Compensation In-Person Positions Licensed SLP:

$ 55 /hour

Bilingual Spanish Licensed SLP:

$ 60 /hour Clinical Fellows (CFs): $45/hour (Monolingual) | $ 50 /hour (Bilingual Spanish)

SLPAs:

$40/hour (Monolingual) | $ 45 /hour (Bilingual)

Virtual Positions Licensed SLP:

$48/hour (Monolingual) | $ 53 /hour (Bilingual) Clinical Fellows (CFs): $ 35 /hour (Monolingual) | $ 40 /hour (Bilingual)

SLPAs:

$ 30 /hour (Monolingual) | $ 35 /hour (Bilingual) Schedule Guaranteed 7-hour workdays, including direct services and documentation responsibilities. Providers are expected to be available and fulfill their scheduled work hours each day. Compensation is based on actual hours worked during the scheduled workday.
