Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract, full-time position invites both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY professionals, welcoming applicants who are passionate about making a positive impact in educational settings. Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY). Prior experience or strong interest in working with high school students in educational environments. Ability to provide comprehensive assessments, therapy, and intervention plans. Collaborative team spirit, strong communication skills, and adaptability in a dynamic school setting. Must be comfortable working on site and open to a hybrid schedule (80% onsite, 20% remote). Commitment to in-person, direct services (hard no to VOCO/virtual-only caseloads).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to high school students. Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals aligned with educational standards. Support teams in designing and adjusting educational plans to best serve students. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to promote student success.
