• We are currently hiring qualified and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver virtual services for school districts across Colorado.

This teletherapy role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy helping students strengthen their communication skills while working in a flexible remote environment.

Position Information:

• Hourly Rate:

• $50-$56 per hour based on background and experience

• Schedule Options:

• Both full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Setting:

• Fully remote school-based teletherapy role

• Caseload:

• K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs

• Employment Classification:

• 1099 independent contractor

• Contract Timeline:

• 2026-2027 school year beginning August 2026

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language therapy sessions that address each student's individual goals Administer online screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify speech and language concerns Create customized therapy plans and track student growth and progress throughout the assignment Communicate and collaborate with families, teachers, and educational staff to support student development Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and intervention strategies in a virtual learning setting

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current

ASHA CCC-SLP

certification required Active Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain licensure before the start date Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred, with at least 2 years strongly encouraged Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Proficiency with teletherapy software, virtual documentation systems, and online communication platforms
