Carolina Behavioral Innovations, LLC is excited to offer Speech Therapy across our multidisciplinary team providing Speech, Occupational Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and ABA Therapy ! . Carolina Behavioral Innovations is a locally owned company providing clinic-based and across South Carolina. Founded in 2017 with a personal mission rooted in autism care, we support children and families through in-home, school, daycare, and clinic-based therapy.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy services for children with a wide range of developmental needs Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child's communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Provide caregiver education and strategies to support carryover at home Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina Experience in pediatrics required Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated SLP looking for a meaningful career in pediatric therapy, we'd love to meet you!
