Job Description
Do you have a love of helping children break free of the frustration of not being able to verbalize or express their thoughts and needs? Have you ever witnessed the elation of a parent when their child begins to communicate with them in ways that they can now respond to? Love of Language, LLC is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the Charleston Area who has both the expertise and love necessary to accomplish these outcomes. We are searching for a person who has a love for children, dynamic personality, and expertise that will positively impact the speech and language skills of the child. Love of Language, LLC is a privately owned company that has been providing pediatric speech therapy in the Charleston Area since 2017. We have continued to grow over the years and enjoy a reputation that receives a volume of referrals for children that are now beyond our capacity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- SC State License
- >1 year of experience
- Enjoys pediatric population with a variety of diagnoses
- Familiarity with testing, daily notes, and evaluation reports
- Ability to evaluate, establish plan of care, and continue ongoing treatment
- Schedule management for multi-locations as this is a local travel position
- Effectively and respectfully collaborates with other health care professionals and families Practice setting: We provide Charlestonians with high-quality speech therapy in a variety of practice settings including daycares and patient in-home.
