Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist is needed for the 2026-2027 school year in Elgin, SC. This onsite, contract position offers an opportunity to provide vital speech and language services within a school setting. The role requires dedication to supporting students' communication development and collaborating with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with speech and language disorders Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License Valid Teacher's Certification for SLP services in schools Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working in a K-12 school setting preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
