Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Fellow- Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children ages birth-3 years old. The Clinical Fellow will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for each child's developmental needs. The position is flexible with scheduling and the caseload desired. Visits are 15 minutes apart and performed in the child's natural environment (home or childcare facility.) Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve communication skills. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide early intervention services to support children with developmental delays. Educate families on strategies to enhance communication skills at home. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create supportive learning environments for students. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, progress notes, and treatment outcomes. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure for the clinical fellowship in speech pathology. Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with communication disorders. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.
