Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Seeking passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for exciting contract opportunities in the Greenville and Greer communities! Collaborate in supportive, resource-rich school environments while making a meaningful impact on students' lives during the 2026-2027 school year. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week positions are available in three unique settings, all offering structured mentorship and abundant support from a dedicated SLP leadership team.
Open Assignments:
Washington Center - Serve a profound and rewarding caseload of medically fragile students (ages 3-21) in a self-contained school. Expertise in AAC devices and a compassionate approach are key. Work alongside another full-time SLP; experience the joy of growth in a remarkable facility. Chandler Creek Elementary & Crestview Elementary - Engage with students at two elementary schools in Greer, benefiting from collaboration with on-site SLP colleagues at each location. Ideal for SLPs who thrive in dynamic environments. Welcome Elementary, Virtual Academy, & TBD - Split your time between Welcome Elementary (three days weekly, with SLP support), students in a virtual academy, and a third location to be determined. Experience a varied, fulfilling caseload with strong peer collaboration.
Desired Qualifications:
Holds SC SLP License and SC Educator Certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required School-based SLP experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of AAC devices, especially for the medically fragile student assignment Positive, collaborative, and student-focused mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement IEPs Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Maintain accurate records and documentation Each assignment offers unique growth potential, personal SLP mentorship, comprehensive resources, and ongoing professional development.
