Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Greenwood, SC, supporting secondary education and mixed itinerant caseloads within a school setting. This full-time, four-day-per-week contract role begins on July 17, 2026, spanning a 190-day academic calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language pathology services to high school and middle school students. Manage a secondary education caseload focused on older students. Deliver support as part of a mixed itinerant caseload, working across multiple locations as needed. Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain detailed records and documentation following school and state regulations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification in the field of speech-language pathology. Experience working in secondary education settings preferred. Ability to manage a mixed itinerant caseload efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to supporting students' speech and language development in diverse educational environments.
