Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting elementary-level students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CF). Bring your expertise to a dynamic environment across multiple school sites nestled near Heath Springs, SC. This onsite role ensures meaningful, direct impact for approximately 40 elementary students, utilizing your clinical skills to advance their communication achievements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Valid ASHA Certification and current state licensure (SC LLR) South Carolina Educator Certificate Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Ability to commit to a full academic year from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027 Availability to work 35 to 37.5 hours weekly, scheduled from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, faculty, and families Must be able to provide a blinded resume and a copy of your certifications upon application
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students in an onsite setting Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress Collaborate with other educational professionals and parents to support student outcomes Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school district policies Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support students' academic and social development
